With the Harvestr app for Microsoft Teams, your teammates can send product feedback to Harvestr without leaving their Teams channels.
Prerequisites
To set up the integration, you need:
a Harvestr Editor account
permission to install apps in your Microsoft Teams workspace. Depending on your organization's setup, you may need your Teams administrator to approve the installation.
How to install Harvestr in Microsoft Teams
Go to the Teams integration settings in Harvestr and follow the prompts to log in with your Microsoft credentials.
Go to the Microsoft Teams App Store and search for the Harvestr app.
Click Add to install the app in your workspace.
Choose the channels where you want the app installed.
You're all set. The Harvestr bot is now available in your Teams workspace.
Submit feedback from a message
Sometimes the best feedback comes from casual conversations. Here's how to send it to Harvestr in one click:
Hover over any message in Teams.
Click the More actions (⋯) button.
Select Send to Harvestr.
The feedback lands in your Harvestr inbox, ready to be categorized and prioritized by the product team. You'll also get a confirmation in the same Teams thread.
Feedback templates don't apply to Teams. If you want teammates to submit structured feedback against a template, use the Slack integration, the Chrome extension, or the HubSpot widget instead.
Remove the Harvestr app from Microsoft Teams
To uninstall the Harvestr app from your workspace:
Go to Manage my apps in Teams.
Find Harvestr and remove the app from all teams.
Open your Microsoft Teams settings in Harvestr and click Remove Teams integration.
If the app still appears in Teams after removal, log out and log back in to refresh the interface.
