Review new AI-categorizations with Catchup

Process new feedback faster by surfacing AI suggestions that require quick validation, all in one place.

Written by Marina Salmon

In B2B, not all feedback can be safely auto-categorized — a single verbatim from a key customer can shift your roadmap. Catchup is where you review what HAI proposes, quickly, in one place.

It gives you:

  • a dedicated space for fresh, high-confidence suggestions

  • full control over AI-driven categorization

  • the ability to accept, reject, or reassign, individually or in bulk

Prerequisites

Catchup is available from the Scale plan.

How it works

HAI scans incoming feedback and surfaces suggestions built on a single relevant verbatim.

Because no other insight was detected in that piece of feedback, validating the suggestion also marks the feedback as processed — one action instead of two, and your inbox stays clean.

You can always check that nothing was missed by clicking a suggestion: the original feedback opens in a window on top of Catchup, along with the suggestion. Use the arrows next to the suggestion to step through the other pending suggestions for the same discovery, and the actions at the top of the window to link the feedback to a discovery, mark it as processed or summarize it.

Catchup also includes the feedback Harvestr imports on its own when you turn on auto-import for Intercom.

Catchup is split into two tabs, because the two kinds of suggestion call for different attention.

Existing Discoveries

Suggestions linking feedback to a Discovery you already have. Use this tab to clear known topics fast.

  • Accept & mark as processed — the feedback is linked and processed in one go

  • Reject the suggestion — the suggestion is deleted and the feedback stays in your New folder

  • Link to another Discovery — you pick a different destination

New Discoveries

Suggestions where HAI identified a topic you don't have yet. This is the tab worth slowing down on — it's where emerging pain points show up before you'd have noticed them.

  • Accept & mark as processed — edit the title, set the Component, and the feedback is linked to the new Discovery

  • Reject the suggestion — the suggestion is deleted and the feedback stays in your New folder

  • Link to another Discovery — if it actually belongs somewhere existing

Work faster, together

Process in bulk

Select multiple suggestions and accept, reject or reassign them in one click — a backlog that would take an afternoon clears in minutes.
