Paste it into Harvestr to finalize the connection
✅ The integration is now active.
Step 4: Highlight rules for feedback creation
To ensure that Harvestr only imports relevant calls from Modjo, only calls containing a Highlight with a category titled “Product Feedback” will trigger feedback creation.
💡 This rule can be customized to match your workflow — just reach out to our support team and we’ll take care of it.
Follow Modjo’s documentation to configure Highlights by adding a “Product Feedback” category to at least one of your Modjo Highlight templates. Make sure this Highlight template is assigned to the appropriate teams so relevant calls are properly tagged.
Here’s an example of a prompt you can add to the instructions for your Product Feedback category:
Detect when the customer shares a need, frustration, or suggestion related to the product (e.g., missing feature, UX issue, integration request, performance concern, pricing). Highlight and list the exact customer verbatims without rephrasing or summarizing. Group verbatims by topic when relevant.
Step 5: What Harvestr imports from the call
When a call is sent to Harvestr via the integration, we automatically create a new feedback item that includes:
🎯 Highlights from "Product feedback" section
📝 Summary
✏️ Transcript
🧑💼 Call participants
📅 Call date and time
🔗 Link to the full call recording
This ensures you see exactly what was said, by whom, and in what context.
Only feedback from the Highlights section can be categorized and linked to Discoveries.
For each new call, Harvestr’s AI automatically parses the Highlights to extract relevant feedback and categorize it, saving you time and surfacing what matters most.
