To make sure you collect structured feedback from your teammates, you can created custom feedback templates in Harvestr. These templates can be use to create feedback in Harvestr and to collect feedabck from integrations like Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack and the Chrome plugin.
What is a feedback template?
A feedback template is composed of three items:
template title: the name you want to give to your template to identify it
message title: what will be automatically populated as the title of your feedback
message content: what will be automatically populated as the content of your feedback
When you create new feedback using a template, the template's title and content will be set as the title and content of your new feedback.
Creating templates
To create a new feedback template, go to the templates section in your Harvestr settings and click on "Create new template".
Using templates with integrations (available in Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack and Chrome plugin)
When your teammates send you feedback through Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack or the Chrome plugin, you can make sure they always use a specific template.
You can choose the default template that will be used for each integration in the integration's settings.
After selecting the default template, it will automatically load in the different tools when your teammates send you feedback.
Using templates to create new feedback in your Harvestr inbox
When creating new feedback in your Harvestr inbox, you use the templates you created by selecting them in the top right corner of the feedback creation window.
