Prerequisites

  • A Harvestr Elite subscription with an Editor account

  • Admin access to Aircall

  • An API key and Webhook token from Aircall

Step 1: Create a Webhook in Aircall

  1. Click Install Integration

  2. Name it (e.g. “Harvestr”) – the name is for internal use only

  3. Uncheck all event options except “call.tagged”. A call will be sent to Harvestr when the “harvestr” tag is added to it.

  4. In Harvestr, click Connect on the Aircall integration and copy the Webhook URL

  5. Paste it into the Webhook URL field in Aircall and click Add webhook

Step 2: Add Integration Credentials in Harvestr

  1. In Aircall, click on the newly created webhook to retrieve the Webhook Token

  2. Back in the integration settings in Harvestr, click Set your Aircall Credentials and paste the Aircall webhook token

  3. Click Generate an API Key, name it (arbitrary), and copy the API ID and API Token and paste both values into Harvestr

⚠️ Copy the token right away before hitting Confirm, you won’t be able to see it again.

  4. In Harvestr, click Save and Test your api credentials to verify the connection

✅ The integration is now active.

Step 3: Tagging calls to send them to Harvestr

  1. In Aircall, from the Call info tab, tag any call with harvestr to trigger the webhook

  2. If the tag doesn’t exist yet in Aircall, you can create it

  3. Once tagged, the call will automatically appear in Harvestr

💡 The tag name can be customized to fit your needs. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll take care of it.

Step 4: What Harvestr imports from the call

When a call is sent to Harvestr via the integration, we automatically create a new feedback item that includes:

  • 📝 Summary

  • ✏️ Transcript

  • 🧑‍💼 Call participants

  • 📅 Call date and time

  • 🔗 Link to the full call recording

This ensures you see exactly what was said, by whom, and in what context.

Only feedback from the Summary section can be categorized and linked to Discoveries.

For each new call, Harvestr’s AI automatically parses the Summary to extract relevant feedback and categorize it, saving you time and surfacing what matters most.
