Prerequisites
A Harvestr Scale subscription (or higher) with an Editor account
Admin access to Aircall with the AI Assist addon
An API key and Webhook token from Aircall
Step 1: Create a Webhook in Aircall
In Aircall, go to Integrations & API > Webhook
Click Install Integration
Name it (e.g. “Harvestr”): the name is for internal use only
Uncheck all event options except “call.tagged”. A call will be sent to Harvestr when the “harvestr” tag is added to it.
In Harvestr, open the Aircall integration page and click Set up Aircall. Under Finish the setup, click the copy icon next to the webhook URL
Paste it into the Webhook URL field in Aircall and click Add webhook
Step 2: Add Integration Credentials in Harvestr
In Aircall, click on the newly created webhook to retrieve the Webhook Token
In Aircall, go to Integrations & API > API Keys
Click Generate an API Key, name it (arbitrary), and copy the API ID and API Token
Copy the token right away before hitting Confirm, you won’t be able to see it again.
In Harvestr, on the Aircall page, click Add credentials and paste the three values into Webhook token, API ID and API token
Click Save and test. Harvestr checks the credentials right away and the status changes to Connected. If Aircall rejects them, click Edit credentials to fix them.
The integration is now active.
Step 3: Tagging calls to send them to Harvestr
In Aircall, from the Call info tab, tag any call with harvestr to trigger the webhook
If the tag doesn’t exist yet in Aircall, you can create it
Once tagged, the call will automatically appear in Harvestr
The tag name can be customized to fit your needs. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll take care of it.
What Harvestr imports from the call
When a call is sent to Harvestr via the integration, we automatically create a new feedback item that includes:
Summary
Transcript
Call participants
Call date and time
Link to the full call recording
This ensures you see exactly what was said, by whom, and in what context.
Only feedback from the Summary section can be categorized and linked to Discoveries.
For each new call, Harvestr’s AI automatically parses the Summary to extract relevant feedback and categorize it, saving you time and surfacing what matters most.
Close the loop with the call owner
When feedback from an Aircall call moves in Harvestr, Harvestr can tell the teammate who owns the call:
with a Harvestr account, they get a notification in Harvestr and a line in their email digest
without an account, they get an email, only if their address is on one of your approved domains
The customers on the call are never notified.
The events are set once for your whole organization, in Settings > Notifications. Aircall follows these organization rules unless you give it its own: open it in the Per-channel rules card and choose Customised, or Off. The events you can turn on:
their feedback arrives in Harvestr
their feedback is linked to a discovery
a teammate comments on their feedback
the linked discovery moves to a status you chose, typically Planned or Shipped
