In B2B, not all feedback can be auto-categorized. A single verbatim from a key customer can impact the roadmap. The Catch-up view gives you:

  • A dedicated space to process fresh, high-confidence suggestions

  • Full control over AI-driven categorization

  • The ability to accept, reject, or reassign feedback, individually or in bulk

The Catch-up view is available on the Elite plan. If you're on the Scale plan, you can request a trial activation by contacting our team or booking a quick demo.

📥 How it works

Harvestr’s AI scans incoming feedback and surfaces suggestions based on a single relevant verbatim.


Because no additional insights were detected in that feedback, the feedback can be marked as processed when you validate the suggestion, saving you time and keeping your inbox clean.

You can always verify that the AI captured all relevant information by clicking on a suggestion. It will open the original feedback, just like in your inbox.

The Catch-up view is split into two tabs to help you process different types of feedback more efficiently:

Existing Discoveries

Suggestions where the AI links the feedback to a Discovery that already exists in your workspace.


Use this tab to quickly process known topics:

  • Accept & mark as processed: the feedback will be linked to the Discovery and marked as processed

  • Reject the suggestion: the suggestion will be deleted and the related feedback will stay in the New folder of your Inbox

  • Link to another Discovery: the feedback will be linked to another Discovery of your choice

New Discoveries

Suggestions where the AI identifies a potential new Discovery based on the feedback content.


Use this tab to uncover emerging topics or pain points:

  • Accept & mark as processed: edit the Discovery title, set the Component, and the feedback will be linked to the new Discovery and marked as processed

  • Reject the suggestion: the suggestion will be deleted and the related feedback will stay in the New folder of your Inbox

  • Link to another Discovery: the feedback will be linked to another Discovery of your choice

Collaborate with your team

Filter the Catchup view by Custom Inbox or "Assigned to me" to review suggestions as a team. Share the workload, stay aligned, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
